The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the billing, collection, refunding and accounting of students' tuition and loan accounts and other institutional receivables. NEWS:  Spring 2010 invoices will be mailed in early November 2009 for payment by December 1, 2009.  There is no grace period.  Progressive late payment fees begin on December 2, 2009. Registering?
